About Doctor Laura Hershey

At Dr. Hershey’s office, you can expect to be seen on time. You will be invited to fill out a First Visit form that describes your complaints and lists your medications, previous treatments and medical history. You will also be asked to sign a standard Informed Consent form and complete a short form, letting me know your relationship with Medicare. To make the most of your time with Dr. Laura, feel free to download the forms, fill them in and email them back to Dr. Laura or bring them with you to your appointment.

To make it easier for Dr. Hershey to perform your adjustments, you will put on a gown. The gown is modest, heavy weight flannel and closes in the back with velcro. You also get to wear funny shoes that have the toes cut off. There is no magic in the shoes. The copper-lined shoes make it easier for Dr. Hershey to see your leg reflex. The briefly visible shortening of your reactive leg tells whether or not you need to be adjusted in the direction that Dr. Hershey has just challenged. Most folks don’t feel the shortening of their reactive leg. If you want to see the reactive leg in action, feel free to bring a friend to the office with you, and Dr. Hershey will show you the reactive leg with your friend’s feet in the funny shoes. To get the most out of your adjustments, you are invited to stay well hydrated. That means drink more fluids than you feel thirsty for. You’ll know you’re well hydrated when your urine runs nearly clear.
Taking a 10-minute walk soon after leaving the office is another way to get the most out of your adjustments. Pay attention to how you feel, and report any changes at your next office visit. Your good reporting helps Dr. Hershey know where to start effectively. You are welcome to pay with checks, cash, or PayPal. Payment is due at the date of service. First visit fee is $150. Follow up visits, as you need them are $75. The good news is that the adjustments are long lasting. More good news is that most conditions require only a few visits.
